Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga - Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. 

Beginner Friendly- Yoga for EVERY BODY. No experience necessary, each class will be suited to beginners, but those with experience are welcome, too. In yoga even the most advanced student can refine and deepen their practice through beginning hatha yoga. Learn breathing techniques, stretch and strengthen the body and quiet the mind.

Relax, Renew, Rejoice! -  Multi level, Stretch and Relaxation. A gentle form of yoga to start your week off Right! Come experience the gentle side of Yoga from Yin Stretch (deep static stretches) to guided Relaxation and Restorative Yoga (supportive relaxation postures).

Bend, Stretch & Twist - This beginner level class moves the spine in all directions.  This is the goal of yoga to maintain a healthy spine.  It will incorporate the use of props, breathing and relaxation to bring you into a more mindful state.

Lunch Express - This All Levels Class will bring you back into focus.  Designed for a shorter time, it is perfect to ward off that afternoon slump or to keep you grounded for the rest of your day!

Yoga Flow - This Express Class is designed to get you moving.  All Yoga, All the Time!

Instructor Series - This class is designed to showcase our instructors.  Each instructor will offer a creative class based on their own strengths and interests.  A different instructor will teach each time this class is scheduled.  Look for this fun and exciting addition to our schedule starting in September.
