Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga - Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. 

Beginner Friendly- Yoga for EVERY BODY. No experience necessary, each class will be suited to beginners, but those with experience are welcome, too. In yoga even the most advanced student can refine and deepen their practice through beginning hatha yoga. Learn breathing techniques, stretch and strengthen the body and quiet the mind.

Gentle Yoga -  Multi level, Stretch and Relaxation. A gentle form of yoga to start your week off Right! Come experience the gentle side of Yoga from Yin Stretch (deep static stretches) to guided Relaxation and Restorative Yoga (supportive relaxation postures).

Slow Flow - This beginner level class moves is designed to allow you to slow down and be present.  It will incorporate the use of props, breathing and relaxation to bring you into a more mindful state.

Lunch Express - This All Levels Class will bring you back into focus.  Designed for a shorter time, it is perfect to ward off that afternoon slump or to keep you grounded for the rest of your day!

A Women's Set - This class is specifically designed to share the abundance of teachings from the Kundalini School of Yoga that are designed to give a woman all she needs for radiant health, abundant energy, mental health, and unshakeable calmness to meet the demands of this ever busy world and all those for whom she cares.  It will address anxiety/self doubt, energy depletion, metabolism/digestive health, pregnancy, menstruation/menopause, child rearing, immune system, communication and more.  Join us to enable yourself to move through this life with vitality and ease.

Evening Yoga - This all levels class will feature different instructors and may include anything from Restorative to Kundalini.
